Tracy is an experienced educator and passionate advocate for education equity. She began her career as a Spanish language teacher in Boulder Valley School District. Then, she transitioned to the non-profit sector where she spent the past nine years working for the “I Have A Dream Foundation” initially as a program director and subsequently as a senior director. Tracy is passionate about the Boulder County community, where she has roots, and believes in dedicating her time to address inequities in the community.

Tracy is a co-founder and the president and CEO of the Leffingwell Foundation, a 501c3 charitable organization dedicated to providing foundational literacy tutoring and coaching to families & programs in Boulder County.

Dean is recognized as one of the world’s foremost authorities on Lean-Agile software development. He is the creator of SAFe, an author, executive, entrepreneur, and methodologist. Alongside SAFe, his best-selling books form much of the basis of modern thinking on Lean-Agile software development values, principles, and practices. He founded several successful startups, including RELA, Inc., Requisite, Inc., and Scaled Agile, Inc.

He is an active philanthropist and a co-founder and active principal of the Leffingwell Foundation, a 501c3 charitable organization dedicated to providing foundational literacy tutoring and coaching to families & programs in Boulder County.

Rebecca is a philanthropist deeply committed to strengthening democracy and its institutions.

She actively supports causes that promote equal rights, justice, and opportunities for all, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background.

She believes deeply in the importance of freedom of speech, assembly, and the press and directly supports organizations that protect these essential rights and fight against censorship and authoritarianism.
